Effective 28 September 2026. This notice covers the free Korea travel plan request operated by Jongwon Bae / BaeTrip Korea at UnSeoul.
What we collect and why
We use your name, WhatsApp number, trip dates, group details, travel preferences and the optional details you choose to provide to prepare your travel plan and answer your requested questions. Your social handle is optional. Please do not include passport numbers, payment details, medical records or diagnoses.
Optional dietary and medical interests
You can request a travel plan without sharing allergies, dietary restrictions or medical interests. If you provide these details, we ask for separate explicit consent to use and store them for this enquiry. A service interest is not a diagnosis, treatment recommendation or booking.
Where your answers go
Answers are saved on the UnSeoul WordPress website hosted by Hostinger and copied to a Google Sheets workbook used for request management. Jongwon Bae uses WhatsApp to contact you about your request. These providers may process information on servers outside your country. Their own privacy notices explain how they operate their services.
Clinic introductions
We will discuss the clinic, the information to be shared and your consent before sending your personal details to a clinic or another provider. Submitting the form does not authorize a clinic booking or direct marketing. Any fee or commercial relationship relevant to a proposed introduction will be explained before you decide.
How long we keep your information
We keep your request information while the consultation is active and for one year after the consultation ends, then remove it from active request records in WordPress and Google Sheets. Deletion is reviewed by the operator. Hosting or service backups may expire on their separate schedules.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete your answers, or withdraw consent, by contacting baetripkorea@gmail.com. If the information needed for your request is removed, we may be unable to continue preparing the plan. Optional service information can be removed while keeping the travel request.
